Wild Wine School x Perennial Wine

I am delighted to be able to offer courses in London and the South East in collaboration with the Wild Wine School.

Based in Cornwall, Wild Wine School runs drinks courses and workshops with a fervour for sustainability - we share a very similar ethos, which carries through to the sourcing of the course wines you will be tasting.

We are offering the Award in Wines Levels 1, 2 & 3 from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust. These highly regarded and continually updated courses are a great introduction or progression for your wine knowledge.

Alongside public courses, we would be glad to arrange private courses for your restaurant, bar or business. In addition, we will be running Wild Wine’s Intro to Wild Wine day course.

Also, at certain times of the year, funding is available for hospitality workers meeting the criteria to be supported with fully funded places via the Drinks Trust - more info here.

• More classroom hours. We schedule additional classroom time to allow time for activities, answer questions and dig a little deeper into topics relating to sustainability.

• Small groups. never more than twelve students in a group so we can give everyone the time they need.

• Lunches, teas and coffees included. We know how hard it is to fit study in around life, so we'll take care of providing you with a nutritious lunch so you can just turn up ready to learn.

• Multimodal learning. We bring wine education to life. From taking our students outside to learn, using physical props, maps, practice questions, and making posters- your learning will be active and interactive. We promise there is more to our courses than looking at a power point presentation. 

• Inspiring Educators. We love it, we live it! Our team of educators are industry experts and passionate about wine. As well as delivering courses for Wild Wine School our team work in the wine industry and regularly attend conferences, vineyard visits and trade fairs. Our passion for wine is infectious and we love sharing it.

• Learning in the Vines. Our Level 3 students spend a day learning first hand in a vineyard and winery. This is the opportunity to really bring the learning to life!
